• There are no up front costs. Fees are on a set, pre-determined commission, and are based on a percentage of the gross receipts of the total sale.

Accounting:

• How will you know what your personal property sold for?

• We reconcile with a detailed accounting.

Notes:

• We contract large, small, and partial estates.

• We take one or more items on consignment.

• We do not buy out our estate sales.
